We want to invite you to refer your friends, family, or colleagues to our apartment building. If your referral results in a new lease, you will each receive a $50 rent credit as a token of our appreciation!

 

Not only will you be helping to grow our community, but you will also benefit from having more neighbors you know and trust. You can refer as many people as you like and receive a $50 rent credit for each new lease.

To be eligible for the Resident Referral Discount at Infinity Park, the following criteria must be met,

REQUIREMENTS:

​

1. The current tenant (the referring party) must be a current resident of Infinity Park Apartments.

2. The referred tenant must be a new applicant who has not previously applied at Infinity Park Apartments.

3. The referred tenant must include the Discount Code + the Last Name of the current tenant during the leasing application.

4. The referred tenant must apply and qualify for a minimum 12-month lease

5. The referred tenant must sign a lease agreement, give a deposit, and move in within 30 days of submitting their application.

6. The referring party will receive a $50 rent credit applied to their account for the following month after the new tenant has moved in. The new tenant will receive a $50 rent credit applied to their first month's rent. 

7. There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by the referring party, and a $50 rent credit will be given for each qualifying referral.
