This means that if you apply between 06/01/2023 - 06/30/2023 and place a deposit, you can enjoy a discounted rental rate every month for an entire year!

REQUIREMENTS:

​

1. The tenant must be a new applicant who has not previously applied at Infinity Park Apartments.

2. The new tenant must sign a lease agreement and place a full deposit for a 2 Bedroom Townhome.

3. The lease agreement must have a minimum term of one year.

4. The approved applicants must place a security deposit on or before June 30th, 2023.

5. The tenant will sign a one-year lease and lease amendment

6. The tenant must move in within 30 days of submitting their application.

7. The tenant must pay all rent payments on time and not have any defaults during the 12-month period to continue receiving the monthly credit.

8. The monthly rent credit will be applied for a period of 12 months starting from the tenant's move-in date.

9. Any defaults will void the discounted amendment to the rental agreement.

10. Maximum credit amount: $1200 over 12 months
